Ski Gondola Glass Ornament

A ski gondola ornament in warm glass, this Christmas tree ornament is a whole mountain morning in one small cable car. It hangs best from a branch with clearance below so the cabin can swing freely, and it looks especially good on a garland across the mantel of a rented chalet. Skiers tend to buy one per trip and end up with a tree that maps their winters.

Perfect for: skiers, snowboarders, apres ski hosts, ski lodge decorating, mountain weddings, and hostess gifts.

A frequent question about a gondola ornament is what kind of tree it suits, and the answer is any tree with a lodge feeling. It hangs from a tree branch or a hook, pairs well with pine, plaid, and firelight, and it makes a fitting thank you for whoever booked the house and drove everyone up the mountain.

Ride it up alongside our apres ski party supplies for a room that feels like the last run of the day.
