Copper Kettle Glass Ornament by Cody Foster

A copper kettle in glass, the kind that lives on a back burner and never quite gets put away, this kettle ornament brings a warm metallic note to a tree crowded with red and green. Copper is a friendly color on a branch, catching lamplight without shouting, and it works on a kitchen tree, a cabin tree, a mantel garland, or a wreath hung in a hallway. It also makes a quiet, grown-up gift topper on a box of good tea. It reads as a real object first and an ornament second, which is why it still works sitting on a kitchen shelf in January.

Perfect for: tea drinkers, cabin trees, housewarmings, hostess gifts, collectors, and anyone who cooks with the good pans out.

Hang it toward the front of the tree where the copper can catch a light, then add more glass Christmas ornaments in warm metals or browse our holiday entertaining shelf for the kitchen itself.
